At Dovren, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. A return shipping label may be provided when applicable.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or experiences issues caused during transit, Dovren will cover the return shipping costs and provide appropriate assistance.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
  • There are any other issues affecting your order

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific product.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In their original packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
